Launched in late September 2001 oki-ni started life as a collaboration partner for globally acclaimed brands juxtapositioned with a new generation. Using a retail gallery on Savile Row, which won the acclaimed D&AD Silver award for environmental design and architecture, the business was an early adopter of the internet as a valuable sales channel.The model was adapted in early 2007 to accommodate changing trends and the saturation in collaboration, becoming the first purely on line menswear dedicated select store for fashion, lifestyle and accessories.
